Terms of service

These terms govern your use of altarvoid.com and every purchase you make on it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms. Where one of those policies covers a topic in more detail, that policy applies.

1. About us

altarvoid.com is operated by Pinky Gupta, trading as Namish Fortunes, B-128, Mayapuri Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110064, GSTIN 07AVUPG3858R1ZH. ALTARVOID is a brand of this business, and “ALTARVOID”, “we” and “us” refer to it.

2. Who can buy

  • You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order.
  • We may restrict or close access for anyone who misstates their eligibility.

3. Your account

  • Keep your account details accurate and your login, password and OTPs private. Tell us right away if someone else uses your account.
  • One account per person. Extra accounts used to misuse offers or drop limits aren't allowed.
  • We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud or misuse.
  • If an account is inactive for 24 months, we may close it after 30 days' notice by email. Any unused credit on it lapses.
  • You can ask us to close your account at any time. We keep the records the law requires, such as invoices.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or post content that is abusive, obscene, defamatory or infringing;
  • try to access our systems without permission, or upload malicious code;
  • scrape the site, or use bots or scripts, including to buy during drops;
  • impersonate anyone, or post fake reviews; or
  • create accounts to abuse discounts, referrals or purchase limits.

We may remove content, cancel orders, close accounts and report violations to the authorities.

5. Products

  • Every ALTARVOID design is original artwork, produced in limited runs.
  • Small variations in print placement, colour and texture come from the printing and washing process. They are not defects.
  • Photos are for illustration, and colours may look different on your screen.
  • Listings depend on stock, and we may change or withdraw them at any time.
  • All products are made in India.

6. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Prices may change, but not for orders already confirmed.
  • Shipping is free on every order within India. There are no added fees at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • You can pay in full online, or choose partial cash on delivery: an advance online, shown at checkout and based on the item and delivery area, and the balance on delivery. The advance is part of the order price, not an extra charge. Partial COD is at our discretion and may be unavailable for some orders, pincodes, sale items or pre-orders.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order, even after confirming it, and refund you in full.

7. Orders

  • The order confirmation email acknowledges your order. We accept it when we dispatch it and send a shipping confirmation with tracking.
  • During drops, we may limit how many pieces each customer, account, address or phone number can buy, and cancel bulk or resale orders.
  • Cancellations and refunds of orders are covered by our Cancellation Policy.

8. Pre-orders

  • Pre-order products are clearly marked, paid in full at checkout, and dispatched on the estimated date shown on the product page.
  • Pre-orders can't be cancelled, except where we can't dispatch within 30 days of the estimated date or the product is discontinued. Then you get a full refund.

9. Sale and final-sale items

  • Sale prices apply only to products marked as part of a sale, and only for the stated period.
  • Sale and Final Sale items can be exchanged only for a verified manufacturing defect, not for size, fit, colour or change of mind.

10. Shipping, exchanges and refunds

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours and shipped free across India. Delivered orders are settled through exchanges or store credit, not cash refunds, except in the cases listed in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, the ALTARVOID name and wordmark, photographs, videos, text and site code belong to ALTARVOID or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell or otherwise use them without our written permission. Buying a garment gives you ownership of that garment, not any rights in its artwork.

12. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, tag ALTARVOID on social media or send us photos, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual licence to display, reshare and use that content, including in marketing. You confirm it's your own and lawful. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading, fake or unlawful.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover ALTARVOID's losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your breach of these terms, content you post, fraud, or infringement of anyone else's rights.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government orders, cyber-attacks, or courier and platform outages.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

17. General

  • We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown on the site or sent by email, and the version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • These terms and the policies named above are the full agreement between you and ALTARVOID about the site.
